When We Ship
Dot Detail ships Monday through Friday before 1pm Mountain Time.

Orders are processed in the order they are received, usually within 24 hours. If a delay is anticipated for any reason we will inform you via email.

Orders received on Saturday or Sunday are processed on Monday.

We follow all shipping schedules of major carriers, including holidays and delayed schedules due to weather and natural disasters.

Where We Ship
Dot Detail ships to the contiguous United States, and, for an added fee, to the states of Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands via US Mail. We do not ship Internationally.

How We Ship
Most items are sent via US Mail. Over-size and over-weight items may ship via a different carrier. Due to regulation items that are liquid or containing certain hazardous materials are sent via ground service provided by the USPS or UPS. Alternative or expedited shipping is available on select products.

Standard Shipping – FREE shipping is available for most products.

These are sent via USPS First Class, USPS Ground or UPS Ground where allowed. Most deliveries are made within 2 to 8 business days, subject to carrier capacity.

Express Shipping – Shipment of items via USPS Priority Mail is available.

Priority Mail usually delivers within 3 to 5 business days. Not all items are eligible for Priority Mail.

Expedited Shipping – 2nd Day Air or other expedited shipping is available most products to most shipping zones. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Special Handling – Oversized or overweight products requiring special handling or added time delivery are priced according to current carrier rates.

Important Details to Note

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped we will notify you by email with a tracking number. The tracking portal usually requires 24 to 48 hours to update.

Hazardous Materials
Some items, such as liquids containing lubricants, cleaners, powders, grease, or items containing certain materials (such as lithium in rechargeable batteries), can only be shipped via ground services. In such cases, expedited shipping options may not be available.
